Consultancy

From the Latin, consultare means; "to discuss" from which we also derive words such as consul and counsel. QMS provides a complete consultancy service in any particular area of IT expertise, utilising an expert in a specific field with a wide knowledge of the subject matter.

This provides our clients with access to deeper levels of expertise than would be feasible for them to retain in-house, and to purchase only as much consultantancy as required to gather the requirements for the project, define the FRS (Functional Requirements Specification), through to the final delivery of the project cycle.
